Microbial changes following fecal microbiota transplantation in patients with recurrent C. difficile infection

ABSTRACT: Fecal samples were collected from patients with recurrent Clostridium difficile infection before and after treatment with fecal microbiota transplantation. Fecal samples were frozen immediately after collections, and later put into ~50mg aliquots for later analysis (at -80 C).
