Project description:Paragonimiasis is a kind of food borne parasitic disease. Due to its lack of specificity, it is difficult to diagnose and treat early in clinic. It is often misdiagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer, which has a great impact on public health. We established an animal model of Paragonimus proliferus infection in rats, obtained the different growth stages of Paragonimus proliferus and studied its proteomics. Objective is to explore the mechanism of immune evasion during the whole growth and development of Paragonimus proliferus.
Project description:Paragonimus kellicotti extravesicle data collected from in vitro excretory/secretory products and from cyst fluid from the lungs of infected Meriones unguiculatus.
