Mapping the O-mannose glycoproteome in Saccharomyces cerevisiae


ABSTRACT: O-Mannosylation is a vital protein modification conserved from fungi to humans. In an essential step towards the full understanding of O-mannosylation we mapped the O mannose glycoproteome in baker´s yeast.
