ABSTRACT: To understand the functional network of Human Ser/Thr phosphatse regulatory subunits in the cell, we performed a systematic proteomic analysis of nine human Ser/Thr phosphatase regulatory subunits using tandem affinity purification coupled with mass spectrometry (TAP-MS).
