A2M Thr654Cys Thr661Cys mutant disulfide mapping


ABSTRACT: The Thr654Cys and Thr661Cys mutations were used to introduce a disulfide bridge into the interacting LNK domains of human A2M. In this study, formation of the disulfide was investigated by mass spectrometry.
