ABSTRACT: To elucidate the specific histone modification alterations that occur during SSC differentiation, we collected cells from three differentiation stages for targeted histone modification identification by PRM.

Epigenetic regulation, particularly post-translational modifications (PTMs) of histones, participates in spermatogonial stem cell (SSCs) differentiation.
