Chemoproteomic Target Identification for SP100030 and SPC-839


ABSTRACT: SP100030 and SPC-839 are structurally distinct molecules sharing similar cellular activity profiles. We used click chemistry-mediated chemoproteomics to identfy candidate mechanistic targets for these small molecules.
