Variation in proteome landscape in human pancreatic islets


ABSTRACT: Human pancreatic islets were collected from cadavic donors. Left our islets from 16 donors not used for transpantation were lysed and whole protein extract were collected. 16 samples were used to be able to assess variations in the proteome landscape between donors.
