A viral protein activates the MAPK pathway to promote viral infection by downregulating callose deposition in plants


ABSTRACT: We immunoprecipitated exogengusly expressed P7-GFP and P7-Flag fused protein in N. benthamiana plants. A high-throughput technology, LC-MS/MS, was applied to identify the candidate interacting proteins of P7-GFP and the phosphorylation sites of P7-Flag.
