ABSTRACT: Sleep deficiency is prevalent in modern society and has become one of the major causes of metabolic diseases. The hypothalamus, as a critical brain region of hormone secretion, can be affected by disrupted sleep-wakefulness. Therefore, we would like to identify new hypothalamic hormones that affected by sleep, which is benefited for treatment of obesity
