ABSTRACT: De novo assembly of transcriptome from Abiu (Pouteria caimito) using long-read sequencing. The abiu fruit is particularly susceptible to browning symptoms, and it causes decreasing of the fruit quality and shelf life. The changing of gene expression involved in fruit browning symptom can be identified through a transcriptome sequencing technology approach, and it have been widely studied in fruit browning symptoms.
