Project description:Large scale study on human fibroblast, IMR90, by top-down proteomics on a benchtop Orbitrap QExactive HF instrument. RAW files were collected in three main modes: (i) data-dependent top-2 with high resolution for both MS1 and MS2, or hi/hi; (ii) in hi/hi using the in-house written instrument control software AUTOPILOT; (iii) in med/hi mode, where MS1 scans are acquired with short transients.
Project description:Hi-C of 17 primary samples obtained from human acute leukemias, namely AML, T-ALL and mixed myeloid/lymphoid leukemias with CpG Island Methylator Phenotype (CIMP). As healthy controls, Hi-C of CD34+ HSPCs from 3 healthy donors were used. Due to patient confidentiality considerations, the raw data files for this dataset have been deposited to the EGA controlled-access archive under the accession numbers EGAS00001007094 (study); EGAD00001011051 (dataset).

Project description:Total RNA extracted from differentiated mesenchymal stem cells at four time points (T1,T2,T3,T4) and sequenced using Illumina Hi-seq 2000 platform to generate RNA sequencing with 101bp in read length. Nearly 50 million raw reads were yielded from each sample respectively. We used FastQC to confirm the quality of raw fastq sequencing data, and SOAPfuse software to detect fusion transcripts.
