Project description:We performed Illumina sequencing of sRNA libraries prepared from 10-day-old seedlings in Arabidopsis. SE is a key component in miRNA processing and pre-mRNA splicing, whereas ATXR5/6 is engaged in epigenetic silencing. Genome-wide sRNA sequencing revealed that ATXR5/6 did not participate in SE-mediated miRNA biogenesis.
Project description:Total RNA extracted from 15 knocking down treated 293T cells using siRNAs targeting transcription splicing factors and sequenced using Illumina Hiseq PE150 platform to generate RNA sequencing with 150bp in read length. Nearly 50 million raw reads were yielded from each sample respectively. We used FastQC to confirm the quality of raw fastq sequencing data, and Ericscript software to detect fusion transcripts.
Project description:The data corresponds to the analysis of T cell receptor (TCR) repertoires of FACS-purified Tstem, Tpex and TEM cells of six individuals. The analysis of the TCR beta chain (TRB) demonstrated the differences between Tstem and Tpex repertoire properties. In total, 36 samples were analyzed using the Human TCR Profiling Kit (MiLaboratory LLC) for sequencing libraries preparation and Illumina NextSeq 550 sequencing (150+150bp) followed by the demultiplexing procedure using MIGEC software.
Project description:We examined global expression profiles of 3-week-old prp4k3(amiR-PRP4K3) leaves compared to Col-0 using illumina sequencing. PRP4KA and its paralogs interact with Serrate (SE), a key factor in miRNA metabolism.phosphorylation of SE via PRP4KA can quickly clear accumulated SE to secure its proper amount. This study provides new insight into how protein phosphorylation regulates RNA metabolism through controlling homeostasis of SE accumulation in miRNA metabolism.
