Project description:RNA sequencing in tomato for detect mRNA expression of Solanum lycopersicum flower. The two cultivars (monomaker, raceme) had three different flowering stages (budlet, Flower bud, Full bloom) for transcriptome sequencing
Project description:Intervention type:DRUG. Intervention1:Huaier, Dose form:GRANULES, Route of administration:ORAL, intended dose regimen:20 to 60/day by either bulk or split for 3 months to extended term if necessary. Control intervention1:None.
Primary outcome(s): For mRNA libraries, focus on mRNA studies. Data analysis includes sequencing data processing and basic sequencing data quality control, prediction of new transcripts, differential expression analysis of genes. Gene Ontology (GO) and the KEGG pathway database are used for annotation and enrichment analysis of up-regulated genes and down-regulated genes.
For small RNA libraries, data analysis includes sequencing data process and sequencing data process QC, small RNA distribution across the genome, rRNA, tRNA, alignment with snRNA and snoRNA, construction of known miRNA expression pattern, prediction New miRNA and Study of their secondary structure Based on the expression pattern of miRNA, we perform not only GO / KEGG annotation and enrichment, but also different expression analysis.. Timepoint:RNA sequencing of 240 blood samples of 80 cases and its analysis, scheduled from June 30, 2022..
Project description:Genes of carotenoids biosynthetic pathway were inspected in different flowering stages of two flowering rounds. And we found core genes are regulated under different patterns in the two flowering rounds.

Project description:We investigated the behavior of tomato mutants lacking transcription factors of TAP3, a class B MADS-box gene controlling parthenocarpy. To focus on the early stages of anthesis, ovary samples of MicroTom-J (MT-J) and the mutant at the different stages (e.g., bud, flowering, and after flowering) were collected.
Project description:To identificate long noncoding RNAs in rice, we profiled transcriptome of various organs at different developmental stages using nondirectional paired-end RNA-seq based on poly(A) selection. Transcriptom profiling in flower buds, flowers, flag leaves and roots sampled before flowering and after flowering, milk grains and mature seeds.
Project description:To identificate long noncoding RNAs in rice, we profiled transcriptome of various organs at different developmental stages using stranded single-end RNA-seq based on poly(A) selection. Transcriptom profiling in flower buds, flowers, flag leaves and roots sampled before flowering and after flowering, milk grains and mature seeds.
Project description:In order to identify candidate genes that are involved in soybean flowering transition in response to photoperiods, we performed RNA sequencing analysis under different photoperiod treatments. We identified genes exhibiting daily oscillation patterns under different photoperiod treatments, genes under control of maturity loci (E1, E2, E3 and E5), and genes that constitute the soybean flowering gene network.
