Project description:To support our research of colon cancer in human genome, we conducted massively parallel pyrosequencing of mRNAs (RNA-seq) using normal, paracancerouse and cancerous human colon tissues. We obtained a total of 29.9M reads from normal,33.0M reads from paracancerous and 36.5M reads from cancerous. The RNA-seq data derived from the sample illustrated the differencially expreesion genes among normal, paracancerous and cancerous colon tissues of human. 3 samples examined: normal tissue, paracancerous tissue, cancerous tissue.

Project description:In order to support our research of bladder cancer in human genome, we conducted massively parallel pyrosequencing of mRNAs (RNA-Seq) using normal, paracancerouse and cancerous human bladder tissues. We obtained a total of 30.0 million read pairs from normal, 33.1 million read pairs from paracancerous and 36.5 million read pairs from cancerous. The RNA-Seq data derived from the sample illustrated the differencially expression genes among normal, paracancerous and cancerous bladder tissues of human. 3 samples examined: normal tissue, paracancerous tissue, cancerous tissue.

Project description:To validate CXCL12 and IL7R expression between cancerous and paracancerous, five cancer and five paracancerous tissues, wihch were obtained from five LIHC patients undergoing liver cancer surgery at the Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital, were performed RNA-seq. The RNA-seq data showed a significant difference in CXCL12 expression between cancerous and paracancerous tissues (p =0.04), as well as the IL7R expression (p<0.01). There was also a significant difference between cancerous and paracancerous samples in NK cells (resting) (p = 0.0014), M1 macrophages (p = 0.0058), CD8+ T cells (p = 0.0026), and Tregs (p = 0.0015) in the immunocyte infiltration analysis.
Project description:Cancerous and paracancerous tissues of 6 cases having colorectal cancer were examined, such as up- or down-regulated specific cellular functions.
Project description:Cancerous and paracancerous tissues of 6 cases having colorectal cancer were examined, such as up- or down-regulated specific cellular functions. Total RNA obtained from isolated cancer tissues, Illumina HumanHT-12 v4 Expression BeadChip being used.
Project description:In the present study, we systematically profiled proteomes and N-glycoproteomes of cancerous, paracancerous, and distal noncancerous tissues from patients with breast cancer by DIA.
