Project description:The overall purpose of this study is to describe the cellular composition of the human colon and its gene expression using scRNAseq and scATACseq methods. This will potentially provide is with a detailed map of the colon aiding our understanding of how diseases of the colon develop as well as the colons influence on systemic diseases such as type II diabetes.
Project description:We obtained human embryonic and fetal lungs from 5-22 pcw for scRNAseq and scATACseq analysis. To focus on epithelial differentiation and region specialization, we deeply sampled 15, 18, 20 and 22 pcw lungs and separated proximal and distal regions while leaving lungs at 5, 6, 9 and 11 pcw intact. These cell samples (except for one at 6pcw) were split and processed for both scRNAseq and scATACseq.

Project description:The objective of this scRNAseq was to explore the heterogeneity between tumor epithelial CRC cells in our AKTP mouse models. We compared it to human datasets and found that mouse and human CRCs share similar tumor subpopulations.
