Project description:The associated files are mass spec data from 4 separate mixed-bed ion exchange column separations of Arabidopsis thaliana Col-0 seedling native extract. Two fractionations used extract from seedlings grown in light and two fractionations used extract from etiolated seedlings (grown in the dark). All fractions were processed similarly for LC-MS/MS but one light-grown fractionation was analyzed on a different mass spectrometer than the other three sets of ion exchange fractions.

Project description:In this Data Report, we provide an immunoprecipitation (IP)-based analysis of the HDA19 interactome in etiolated Arabidopsis seedlings. We believe that the interactome presented here provides a valuable resource for follow-up research on novel interacting partners of this central protein. The material used for this experiment was derived from hypocotyls of 6-day-old etiolated Arabidopsis seedlings. The dataset contains a total of 6 files, 3 independent biological replicates of each Col-0 (control plants) and 35S::HDA19-GFP plants.

Project description:The genome-wide target genes of transcription factors MYC2 and MYC3 were determined in etiolated (dark-grown) seedlings of Arabidopsis thaliana. Chromatin immunoprecipition of MYC2 and MYC3 was performed as described in O’Malley et al (2016; doi: 10.1016/j.cell.2016.04.038), using transgenic A. thaliana expressing MYC2::YpET and MYC3::YpET fusion proteins from their native promoters, generated by recombineering (Gimenez-Ibanez et al. 2017; doi: 10.1111/nph.14354 ). Three-day old etiolated seedlings were treated with methyl JA for 2 h (as described in Schweizer et al., 2013), then harvested for ChIP-Seq.
