Project description:Transcriptional profiling comparing tumoral and non tumoral part of human liver infected by hepatitis B virus Expression profiling of induced hepatitis B virus tumor from human liver and expression profiling of hepatitis B virus infected non tumoral part of the liver from french patients Please note that there are 62 raw files (i.e.'AFE_raw_files.tar' linked to the Series records) for 124 samples since two samples were on the same array, one in Cy3 and one in Cy5. The corresponding raw data file for each sample is indicated in the Sample description field. This dataset is part of the TransQST collection.
Project description:Transcriptional profiling of human mesenchymal stem cells comparing normoxic MSCs cells with hypoxic MSCs cells. Hypoxia may inhibit senescence of MSCs during expansion. Goal was to determine the effects of hypoxia on global MSCs gene expression. Two-condition experiment, Normoxic MSCs vs. Hypoxic MSCs.
Project description:Gene methylation profiling of immortalized human mesenchymal stem cells comparing HPV E6/E7-transfected MSCs cells with human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT)- and HPV E6/E7-transfected MSCs. hTERT may increase gene methylation in MSCs. Goal was to determine the effects of different transfected genes on global gene methylation in MSCs. Two-condition experiment, KP MSCs vs. 3A6 MSCs.
Project description:We analyzed three clinical parameters with gene expression data from 122 liver tissues. Six healthy samples were used in validation. All hepatitis samples were HBV infected, which was validated by positive HBsAg or serum HBV-DNA. The samples with HCV infection or metabolic liver injury (e.g. fatty liver, chronic alcoholic hepatitis, etc.) were excluded. This dataset is part of the TransQST collection.
Project description:Gene expression profiling of immortalized human mesenchymal stem cells with hTERT/E6/E7 transfected MSCs. hTERT may change gene expression in MSCs. Goal was to determine the gene expressions of immortalized MSCs.
Project description:Single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) was used to profile the transcriptome of 16,015 nuclei in human adult testis. This dataset includes five samples from two different individuals. This dataset is part of a larger evolutionary study of adult testis at the single-nucleus level (97,521 single-nuclei in total) across mammals including 10 representatives of the three main mammalian lineages: human, chimpanzee, bonobo, gorilla, gibbon, rhesus macaque, marmoset, mouse (placental mammals); grey short-tailed opossum (marsupials); and platypus (egg-laying monotremes). Corresponding data were generated for a bird (red junglefowl, the progenitor of domestic chicken), to be used as an evolutionary outgroup.
Project description:The samples of human liver tissues from the healthy donors, the HBV-infected patients without cirrhosis, and the HBV-infected patients with cirrhosis were collected. The tissues were then analyzed by the m6A-mRNA&lncRNA Epitranscriptomic miroarray. The Goal of this experiment was to determine the different of gene expression and m6a methylation of liver tissues among the healthy donors, the HBV-infected patients with and without cirrhosis.
