Project description:Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of human mammary epithelial MCF10A cell line treated with vehicle control (ethanol) and with RSV (resveratrol). The Illumina Infinium 450K Human DNA methylation Beadchip v1.2 was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 450,000 CpGs in human cell lines exposed to described treatments. Samples included biological triplicate of MCF10A control (ethanol treated), biological triplicate of MCF10A treated with RSV.

Project description:To further understand the differences occurring in MCF10A cells as they polarize and differentiate in the Transwell® model, we performed gene expression profiling with Affymetrix Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Arrays. Four experimental time points, were sampled: conventional cultures of MCF10A cells grown on plastic (Monolayer) and MCF10A cells plated on Transwells® sampled at three TEER values, 200-300 Ω cm2 (Base), 1400-1600 Ω cm2 (Midpoint), and 3000-3200 Ω cm2 (Plateau). Project description:We report the role of AIB1 in regulated YAP driven transcription and repression in normal mammary epithelial cells (MCF10A). We generated six cell lines by sequential infection and selection and extracted RNA for sequencing. Data was aligned to Hg38 with STAR and processed with EdgeR.
Project description:Multiple EMT-promoting/inhibiting transcription factors have been identified including Snail, Zeb1 and Ovol2. To understand differential roles of these factors, we performed gene expression profiling by RNA-seq upon Snail-/Zeb1-induced EMT or Ovol2-induced MET in human mammary epithelial MCF10A cells.
