Project description:We performed microarray analysis and real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) to detect the expression levels of lncRNA in blood collected from 2 WT patients. Goal was to determine the underlying mechanism by which lncRNA regulates WT progression.
Project description:CHART sequencing has been carried out in order to evaluate SCIRT target genes in MDA-MB-231 sphere derived cells. We discovered that lncRNA SCIRT binds promoter region of genes whose expression changes after SCIRT siRNA downregulation, suggesting that those are target SCIRT target genes.
Project description:This study was conducted by using Flag tag to IP proteins expressed with fusion small peptides encoding LncRNA MAGI2-AS3 and identified by high resolution mass spectrometry.
Project description:To explore the potential target lncRNAs of EZH2 in breast cancer cells, we determined the lncRNA expression profiles in MCF7-control and MCF7-EZH2 overexpressing cells using lncRNA Microarray.
Project description:To elucidate the molecular mechanism and signaling pathways that PinX1 is involved in, a Human LncRNA Array V2.0 (Arraystar, USA)-based genome wide screen of the alterations in lncRNA and mRNA expression profiles was performed in MCF-7 cells stably overexpressing PinX1. MCF-7 breast cancer cells were transfected with the pcDNA3.1-PinX1 and pcDNA3.1 empty vector and the microarray analysis were performed after the clonal selection of cells with a high expression level.
Project description:To identify biologically and clinically novel lncRNAs potentially involved in the progression of breast cancer, we profiled the expression of lncRNAs in two stage III triple-negativebreast cancer tissues and their paired adjacent noncancerous tissues by LncRNA Array 3.0 (ArrayStar). Expression of the mostly upregulated lncRNA (BCAR4) from this signature was quantified in the breast caner tissue microarray by RNA In situ Hybridization and bioinformatic analysis of Oncomine database, confirming its correlation with breast cancer metastasis.
