Project description:To gain further insight into the possible signaling pathways in which TaSIN participates, constitutive lines of TaSINFL and TaSIN∆C were generated in Arabidopsis. ∆COE seedlings survived organellar oxidative stress better than the FLOE ones. A microarray experiment was designed to identify the downstream target genes of TaSIN.
