Project description:The soft coral Scleronephthya gracillimum is an azooxanthellate octocoral order Alcyonacea. In this study, stress responses to increased seawater temperature and marine acidification were investigated using a microarray. The S. gracillimum microarray was constructed. The S. gracillimum microarray was constructed after RNA-seq. Oligonucleotides were picked from UniGene of S. gracillimum and the clones were annotated using Blast.
Project description:A total of 18 RNA samples over 6 time points under heat stress treatment and 21 RNA samples at 7 time points under drought condition were sequenced on Illumina HiSeq2500. After quality assessment and data clearance, a total of 288 Gb of data with average Q30 values 95.85% were obtained.

The ATACseq signals were measured at four-time points (0, 2, 8, and 16 hr) under PS or OS. Three replicates were used for each condition and time point.
