Project description:Lineage negative (CD45- & CD31-) cells were isolated from uninjured skin and day 5 dorsal skin wound beds of 7-week-old AdipoqCre; mT/mG mice using FACS. This experiment describes multiple subsets of wound bed myofibroblasts and identifies that Adipoq-traced cells contribute to the myofibroblast pool in wound beds.
Project description:We aimed at identifying the genes regulated by wounding in Anopheles gambiae. Gene expression was compared between wounded and non-wounded mosquitoes, 3h after wounding. Wounding was induced by the injection of dsLacZ using a thin glass needle.
Project description:Transcriptional profiling of laser wounded syncytial Drosophila embryos compared with control unwounded embryos. Early Drosophila embryos (Nuclear cycle 4-6) were collected, either laser wounded or not wounded, and then collected and processed immediately. Wounded and unwounded embryos express sGMCA (actin reporter)
Project description:Transcriptional profiling of laser wounded syncytial Drosophila embryos compared with control unwounded embryos. Early Drosophila embryos (Nuclear cycle 4-6) were either laser wounded or not wounded, and then collected and processed after 30 minutes. Wounded and unwounded embryos express sGMCA (actin reporter).
Project description:Wounded versus unwounded embryos lacking the hemocyte lineage were compared. Keywords: wounded vs unwounded srp mutant embryos Serpent mutant embryos were wounded by laser ablation and compared to unwounded.
Project description:Skin injuries heal slowly, compared to oral epithelial tissues, and often do not regenerate lost adnexa. Using a murine mouse model expressing the oral epithelial transcription factor PITX1 in the skin, we performed scRNA-seq in healthy and wounded skin and healthy oral mucosa to delineate the cellular and molecular changes underpinning the superior oral wounding response.
