In this study, we applied a circRNA microarray to screen the potential biomarker for HCC. 20 samples extracted from plasma samples including HCC group before operation, and after operation, CH group and control group. Each group contained five samples.
Project description:Here, we overexpressed Monkeypox virus (MPV) proteins H3L and A29L in mouse hearts, separately. We appliced bulk RNA-seq on heart muscle tissues (2 months after overexpression) and want to know gene expression patterns in control group and overexpression groups. Subsequent data analyses will help us to know whether and how H3L and A29L affect mosue heart.
