Project description:The nCounter miRGE™ assay was used to quantify transcript expression with a custom codeset containing probes for 123 endogenous mRNAs and 25 miRNAs to assess the association of genomic markers with long-term breast cancer survival. A total of 1,253 FFPE primary breast cancer samples with high-quality reads were obtained.
Project description:This proteomics study investigates the molecular mechanisms underlying the relationship between eating timing patterns and cardiovascular health in children and adolescents. We performed comprehensive proteome profiling of plasma samples from 51 participants categorized into three distinct eating pattern groups: extended eating window, late eating window, and early eating window. The analysis revealed significant differences in protein expression patterns associated with metabolic regulation, inflammation, and cardiovascular function between these groups.
Project description:Deep sequencing of mRNA from two macaques, crab-eating macaque and Indian rhesus macaque Analysis of ploy(A)+ RNA of different specimens:brain, ileum, kidney, liver, testes and white adipose for crab-eating macaque while brain, heart,,kidney, liver, quadriceps and testes for Indian rhesus macaque
Project description:We show that target mRNAs trigger the non-templated addition of nucleotides (mainly adenosines and uridines) and shortening of their cognate miRNAs in primary hippocampal neurons. The induced effect is observable both in total RNA and in Ago2-associated RNA, demonstrating that the process is initiated in Ago2 bound miRNAs.
