It encodes OPHN1 protein which has been shown to interact with Rev-erb alpha, a negative regulator of the circadian clock in cells (https://doi.org/10.1038/nn.2911) In this study, we searched fo gene expression differences in hippocampi from adult mouse ophn1 KO and controls during 24 hours. Three replicates were collected evey 6 hours for both genotype. Data from controls were analyzed and reported in http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.neuroscience.2015.08.066.
