Characterisation of IL 10 producing CD4 T cells in mucosal herpesvirus infection
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Study to investigate the transcriptional profile of suppressor CD4 T cells that express IL-10. IL-10-reporter mice were infected with mouse cytomegalovirus (MCMV) and activated IL-10+ and IL-10- cells were sorted from pooled salivary glands. RNA was extracted for RNA-seq analysis.
