ABSTRACT: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is a highly invasive cancer with a poor prognosis. Using methylated DNA immunoprecipitation (MeDIP)-chip analysis, we found that 161 genes that were specifically hypermethylated in PANC-1 cells.
