Whole genome sequecing of Cryptococcus neoformans treated with tunicamycin adaptors

ABSTRACT: We exposed Cryptococcus neoformans lab strain H99 to tunicamycin and obtained some adaptors. We did whole genome sequencing of these adaptors as well as the parent.
