ABSTRACT: Doxycycline-inducible DUX4-TetOn hESCs were treated by doxycycline for 15 min and subjected to time-series single-cell RNA-seq at 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, and 48 h after treatment. Two plates were with the induction and one plate was without induction at each time point.
