Transcriptomes of aneuploid Candida parapsilosis strains

ABSTRACT: In Candida parapsilosis, transcriptomes of two aneuploid adaptors, TJ60 and TJ74, were compared to the euploid parent #12108. Cells were grown in YPD broth at 37C from OD600=0.1 to 1.0. Cells were collected and RNA was extracted.
