Transcriptome analysis of Candida albicans strains exposed to different concentrations of fluconazole at different temperatures

ABSTRACT: Candia albicans strains SC5314, YJB-T490 and YJB-T1891 were grown in yeast extract peptone dextrose (YPD) broth at 30°C and 37°C, and exposed to 2 ug/ml and 16 ug/ml of fluconazole. 3h later, cells were harvested. Transcriptome was compared to cells grown in the absence of fluconazole.
