RNA-seq comparison of leukemic bone marrow (BM) cells isolated from WT, Ppm1d T/+ and healthy control
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Ppm1d T/+ mice exhibit altered BM composition. The aim is to determine the molecular mechanisms possibly responsible for this alterations. Thus, leukemic mice, defined by expression of ckit+, were sorted from leukemic WT and Ppm1d T/+ mice and healthy WT and subjected to bulkRNAseq. We found that Ppm1dT/+ AML (Zbed3, Runx3, Marcks, Extl3, Pcbp4, Igf2bp3, Plch1, and Gdf6) genes were associated with AML and cancer progression.
