Comparative transcriptome analysis reveals genes associated with variation in liver copper concentration in Polish-Merino sheep
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The aim of this study is to assess the transcriptome for genes that are differentially expresed in liver tissues with high or low liver copper concentration in sheep. Therefore, 12 liver samples high and low liver copper were selected and grouped equally into high liver copper and low liver copper groups.
