Gene expression of humanised keratin 12 in mouse cornea. A comparison between wild-type, heterozygous and homozygous genotypes.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The human KRT12 gene, carrying a dominant-negative mutation was knocked into the murine Krt12 locus by gene targeting in mouse embryonic stem cells, which were subsequently used to generate transgenic mice on the C57BL/6 background. mRNA gene expression changes were determined in wild type, heterozygous and homozygous animals.
