Gene expression profiling of PANC1 and BXPC-3 pancreatic cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The aim of this study was to characterize the metabolic and gene expression profile of pancreatic cancer cell line like PANC1 and BXPC-3. Furthermore, to assess the effective sensitivity of cancer cell to metabolic targeting in order to predict their response to therapeutic strategies affecting metabolism. Gene expression profile suggested us some pathway involved in metabolic process that could be used, after validation, as in vivo screening for therapeutic sensitivity.
