RNA-seq of human monocyte-derived macrophages in response to Salmonella infection and Chlorpromazine treatment
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: RNA-seq was performed to determine the transcriptional response of human monocyte-derived macrophages to Salmonella infection and whether Chlorpromazine affected this response. These data were used to determine whether enhanced killing capacity of Chlorpromazine treated cells was due to transcriptional control.
