The possibility to engineer (GeTe)<sub>m</sub> (Sb<sub>2</sub> Te<sub>3</sub> )<sub>n</sub> phase-change materials to co-host ferroelectricity is extremely attractive. The combination of these functionalities holds great technological impact, potentially enabling the design of novel multifunctional devices.
