ABSTRACT: The complete mol-ecule of the title compound, [Sn(C(6)H(5))(2)Cl(2)(C(9)H(21)OP)(2)], is generated by crystallographic inversion symmetry, the Sn atom is located on a special position of site symmetry . The Sn atom adopts an all-trans SnC(2)O(2)Cl(2) octa-hedral geometry. As a consequence of the bulky substituents at the O atom, the P-O-Sn bond angle is 163.9?(3)°.
