ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(9)H(8)Cl(2)N(5) (+)·H(2)PO(4) (-)·C(9)H(11)NO [systematic name: 3,5-diamino-6-(2,3-dichloro-phen-yl)-1,2,4-triazin-2-ium dihydrogen phosphate-4-(dimethyl-amino)-benz-alde-hyde (1/1)], inter-molecular N-H?O and O-H?O hydrogen bonds produce R(2) (2)(8) and R(3) (2)(8) rings, generating a layer. Inter-molecular N-H?N inter-actions also occur. The dihedral angle between the rings in the cation is 71.73?(12)°.

Project description:The title compound, C(9)H(11)NO, crystallizes with two independent but essentially identical mol-ecules in the asymmetric unit, which are linked via a C-H⋯π inter-action. In both mol-ecules, the aldehyde and dimethyl-amine groups are essentially coplanar with the attached benzene ring. In the crystal structure, C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds link one type of independent mol-ecules into a chain along the a axis. In addition, the structure is stabilized by π-π stacking inter-actions involving the benzene rings [centroid-to-centroid distance = 3.697 (2) Å].

Project description:In the title compound, C(4)H(6)N(3) (+)·H(2)O(4)P(-)·H(2)O, the pyrimidin-ium ring is essentially planar, with an r.m.s. deviation of 0.0016 Å. In the structure, pairs of symmetry-related anions are connected into centrosymmetric clusters via strong O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds forming six-membered rings with an R(2) (2)(6) motif. These clusters are inter-connected via water mol-ecules through OW-H⋯O hydrogen bonds, building an infinite layer parallel to the ab plane. Moreover, infinite chains of 2-amino-pyrimidinium cations spread along the a-axis direction. These chains are connected to the inorganic layer through N-H⋯O, C-H⋯O and C-H⋯N hydrogen bonds, which, together with electrostatic and van der Waals inter-actions, contribute to the cohesion and stability of the network in the crystal structure.

The dihydrogen phosphate anions form one-dimensional chains along [100], via O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The 2-amino-4-methyl-pyrimidinium cations are linked to these chains by means of two different kinds of N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds. Neighbouring chains are linked via C-H⋯N and C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds forming two-dimensional slab-like networks lying parallel to (01-1).

Project description:The title thio-semicarbazone derivative, C(12)H(18)N(4)S, features intra-molecular N-H⋯N and C-H⋯S hydrogen bonds which generate S(5) ring motifs. The dihedral angle between the benzene ring and the thio-urea unit is 6.30 (6)° indicating planarity in the mol-ecule. In 2CADHP, the dihydrogen phosphate anions form a double-stranded anionic chain generated parallel to the [010] direction through O-H...O hydrogen bonds, whereas in 4CADHP they form a two-dimensional supramolecular net extending parallel to the crystallographic (001) plane into which the cations are linked through strong N-H...O hydrogen bonds.
