Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) is a widely used technique to investigate the interactions and dynamics of molecules, below micromolar concentrations. Silver nanostructure (AgNS) substrates can extend the applicability of FCS to higher concentrations, which is useful for many biologically relevant reactions.
