ABSTRACT: INTRODUCTIONThis protocol describes the use of ImageJ software (freely available from NIH) to analyze particle dynamics in a cell using time-lapse movie frames or image stacks of fluorescent mRNA particles. Maximum intensity projections and kymographs are produced.
