ABSTRACT: Taking advantage of the fluorescence property of alkyne-modified naphthalimide, the two-photon excited fluorogenic probe Naph-yne is used for azide-tagged mannosyl glycoprotein imaging both at the cellular level and for vertebrate model organisms.
