ABSTRACT: We have developed an electrophoresis separation assisted G-quadruplex DNAzyme-based chemiluminescence (CL) signal amplification strategy on a microchip platform for the detection of trace microRNA. This strategy exhibits high sensitivity and specificity for detection of target molecules.
