Huntington's disease (HD) is an intractable neurodegenerative disorder caused by mutant Huntingtin (HTT) proteins that adversely affect various biomolecules and genes. MicroRNAs (miRNAs), which are functional small non-coding RNAs, are also affected by mutant HTT proteins.
