Endoglycosidase S (EndoS) is a bacterial endo-β-N-acetylglucosaminidase that specifically catalyzes the hydrolysis of the β-1,4 linkage between the first two N-acetylglucosamine residues of the biantennary complex-type N-linked glycans of IgG Fc regions.
