ABSTRACT: Abstract This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the effects of antiplatelet and anticoagulant agents versus placebo or no intervention or other intervention for the development of thrombosis in people with antiphospholipid (aPL) antibodies but who have not had a thrombotic event.
