Nuclear receptor tyrosine kinases (nRTKs) are aberrantly upregulated in many types of cancers, but the regulation of nRTK remains unclear. We previously showed androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) induces nMET in castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) specimens.
