ABSTRACT: As the number of stroke survivors continues to increase, identification of therapeutic targets for stroke recovery has become a priority in stroke genomics research. The introduction of high-throughput genotyping technologies and novel analytical tools has significantly advanced our understanding of the genetic underpinnings of stroke recovery.
