Electron-doped SrTiO<sub>3</sub> is a well-known <i>n</i>-type thermoelectric material, although the figure of merit of SrTiO<sub>3</sub> is still inferior compared with <i>p</i>-type metal oxide-based thermoelectric materials due to its high lattice thermal conductivity.
